On 21 January 2026, the Czech-German ERNILAC project team met in Liberec to discuss the current project progress and upcoming activities. The agenda included preliminary results of the company survey and the study program analysis, including planning the final analysis, which will be completed by mid-February.
The team also discussed the format of upcoming workshops – an online workshop on 13 April 2026 and a two-day in-person workshop on 23–24 April 2026. Topics included the involvement of experts, lecturers, and guests, as well as preparation of excursions in the Czech Republic and Germany.
Another point on the agenda was the development of the online Career Compass tool. The project team also addressed publicity strategy and project presentation to the wider public.
The meeting confirmed a coordinated approach and the team’s readiness for the upcoming events, which will support the sharing of results and international collaboration within the ERNILAC project.
