- Organization of a career fair to promote students’ employability – a joint meeting of students/employees of TUL and TUD on the premises of TUL for cross-border employment and meeting with employers, presentation of the compass.
- Creation of a career compass – continuously updated online tool presenting success stories of cross-border careers of HE graduates, cross-border career guidance topics, study findings.
- Expert group meetings – (face-to-face and online) to map, discuss, consult needs and baseline situation in the region, focus of analysis, applicability of results.
